• Check-in before sunset: Guests joining the camel trekking experience should arrive at camp at least 2 hours before sunset to allow enough time for the camel ride.

• Check-out by 12:00 PM: Please check out of your tent by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

• No smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the tents or in enclosed camp areas.

• Scheduled meals: Breakfast and dinner are served at their scheduled times. Please follow the camp’s meal schedule.

• Campfire safety: Guests must follow all campfire safety instructions provided by our team.

• No pets: Pets are not permitted at the camp to maintain comfort and a peaceful environment for all guests.
